Our Process

Remove old layers

Strip away existing paint, rust, or failing coatings using sandblasting or chemical strippers.

Electrostatic Spray Application

Load an outdoor-rated polyester or TGIC powder coat into your applicator gun, which electrostatically charges the particles.

Curing in an Oven

Transfer the coated furniture into a specialized curing oven preheated between 320°F and 400°F (depending on the specific powder formulation). Cool to inspect
