What are the timing and payment terms?
Powder coating, sling replacement, and strap replacement usually take about 2 to 3 weeks. Custom cushions usually take about 4 weeks. A 50% deposit starts the order, with the balance due on delivery. Your quote confirms the schedule and pickup and delivery fee.
