Send Your Photos
Text photos of your furniture and cushions, the number of cushions you need, and your ZIP code. We review the work and provide an initial estimate.
Choose Fabric and Confirm the Fit
We bring fabric samples, help you choose colors and piping, and confirm the cushion sizes and whether you need replacement foam.
Approve Your Order
Once you approve the quote, we arrange pickup. A 50% deposit starts your order, and our in-house seamstress makes your covers or complete cushions.
Receive Your Finished Cushions
We arrange delivery of your finished order. The remaining balance is due on delivery.

Powder Coating and Custom Cushions
For this patio dining set, we powder coated the metal frames and made custom red seat cushions. The before photo shows the worn white finish and rust. The after photo shows the refinished frames with the new cushions in place.

How much do custom outdoor cushions cost?
Your quote depends on the cushion sizes, quantity, fabric and whether you need new foam or covers only. Send photos and your ZIP code for an estimate. We confirm the work and price before starting.
Can you replace just the cushion covers?
Yes. If your existing foam is in good condition, we can make new covers to fit it. If you need new foam too, we can make complete replacement cushions.
Do you bring fabric samples?
Yes. We bring samples so you can see the colors and textures in your outdoor space. We can also discuss piping and whether you need new foam.
Can you powder coat the furniture at the same time?
Yes. We can powder coat the metal frames before installing your new cushions, as shown in the before-and-after project above. See our powder coating service.
How long does it take, and when do I pay?
Custom cushions usually take about 4 weeks. A 50% deposit starts your order, with the balance due on delivery. We confirm your schedule and the pickup and delivery fee with your quote.
Do you offer pickup and delivery in my area?
We offer pickup and delivery throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles. Send us your ZIP code with your furniture photos so we can confirm availability and the fee for your address.
